I knew I'd like the flowers at Keukenhof, but I was blown away. It's beautifully maintained, wonderful for children, and there's a photo opportunity at every turn. At risk of sounding like an addict, there was a little coffee stand right at the entrance to the park.
Excellent coffee. Small cups, but little gems of goodness.
There were stroopwaffeln, too. These are little pancake sandwiches with warm carmelly fillings. Perfectly delightful.
Good thing we walked. A lot.
