Been awhile since my last post. We are 10 days into the new place.
Still working to find things their home. I find myself much less patient during this process than last time, though things are going much faster than they did in 2006.
So, Sundays. Here on Sundays most things are closed, with the exception of some restaurants, gas stations, and hotels, of course. Slower pace.
Drew and I find that we can't figure out if it's a mental thing for us, or if we just feel fewer responsibilities here, but we feel like we truly power down on Sundays.
As we were out very late on Saturday night, we skipped church on Sunday morning in lieu of a bike ride in the fields. Finally we are all on bikes and with a bike trailer for Ada, we are taking full advantage of the trails. It's fun to watch spring pop up all around here. The kids loved the sheep...after a playground stop, we headed home just in time to miss the rain that fell all afternoon.
