We took a four-day weekend this past weekend to finally follow through on one of our long-promised trips.....to Dresden. Drew's sister-in-law is from Dresden and has told us how beautiful the city is...and we agree! We had a great time and were able to enjoy the old part of town, the newly rebuilt 'Frauenkirche', a side trip out to the Erzgebirge, a little demonstration along the way, and finally were able to see some amazing works of art.
The kids had a great time and for those who have kids, we can't recommend Hiltons enough...I know that they've got me hook, line, and sinker, but they took great care of the whole family on this trip..and the pool was a hit.
