Ok, so I'd nearly given up on it...

Winter arrived this week like a runaway freight train! It actually was great to finally have some temperatures below freezing for a change and some snow to cover up the oh-so-green grass. We received about 8-10 inches overnight on Tuesday which made Wednesday into the 'Verkehrschaos' (traffic chaos) day of 2007, or at least up till now...



So what's the big deal about a couple of inches of new snow...



We're still working on the form... you'd think that her range of movement is restricted in this outfit or something...



Ren greeted the new fallen snow with a fall into the snow (at Kindergarten) so that's the busted lip pic... (parents really shouldn't do that to their children). Afterwards we headed out to get the first couple of runs with the sled that Santa brought for Christmas! We were overjoyed (especially Heidi) that Kate appears to be a Winter-kid just like her big brother. She got abusive when Heidi tried to take her into the house and warm up her cherry red hands.
